To up-gradate your COC in Cook Islands COC as Chief Mate rank, Candidate must have Officer In-charge of Navigational Watch (OOW – Deck) Rank COC with the seagoing service not less than 36 months, which may be reduced to not less than 24 months if not less than 12 months has been served as OOW - Deck on a seagoing ship of 3000 Gross Tonnage or more, meeting the requirements of section A­II/2 of the STCW code.
