To up-gradate your COC in Honduras COC as Master rank, Candidate must have Chief Mate Rank COC with the seagoing service not less than 36 months, which may be reduced to not less than 24 months if not less than 12 months has been served as Chief Mate on a seagoing ship of 3000 Gross Tonnage or more, meeting the requirements of section AII/2 of the STCW code.
