To up-gradate your COC in Honduras COC as Officer In-charge of Navigational Watch rank, Candidate must have the seagoing service not less than 36 months, which may be reduced to not less than 24 months, if not less than 12 months has been served as Deck cadet on a seagoing ship of 3000 Gross Tonnage or more, meeting the requirements of section A­II/1 of the STCW code.
