PANAMA CDC

Panama CDC:

The Panama CDC is a mandatory document for all ratings serving onboard vessels registered under the Panama Flag. It certifies that the holder’s national seaman book i.e. CDC is recognized by the Panama Maritime Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the STCW Convention.

To obtain a Panama CDC, seafarers must possess valid certificates issued by a Panama recognized Flags and white-listed under the IMO STCW Convention. The endorsement application must be submitted through an authorized agency, along with the required supporting documents such as passport, CDC, medical certificate, and proof of sea service.

Please note the following processing options:

  • Normal Process (No additional charge): CRA Copy will be issued same day & The Certificate of Endorsement i.e., COE can be expected within 10 to 15 working days.
  • Fast Track Process (Additional charge of USD 100): CRA Copy will be issued same day & The Certificate of Endorsement i.e., COE can be expected within 2 to 3 working days.
