Panama GMDSS Endorsement :

The Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) Endorsement is a mandatory certification for all the deck officers and radio operators serving on vessels registered under the Panama Flag. This endorsement verifies that the seafarer is qualified to operate GMDSS equipment and manage radio communications in compliance with SOLAS and STCW regulations.

The endorsement process is administered by the Panama Maritime Authority and can be completed through either a standard or expedited procedure, depending on the urgency of the requirement.

Please note the following processing options:

• Normal Process (No additional charge): CRA Copy will be issued same day & The GMDSS Endorsement can be expected within 10 to 15 working days.
• Fast Track Process (Additional charge of USD 100): CRA Copy will be issued same day & The GMDSS Endorsement can be expected within 2 working days.
