PANAMA CERTIFICATE OF ENDORSEMENT COE

The Certificate of Endorsement (COE) is a mandatory document for all officers serving onboard vessels registered under the Panama Flag. It certifies that the holder’s national license or certificate of competency is recognized by the Panama Maritime Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the STCW Convention.

To obtain a Panama COE, seafarers must possess a valid license or certificate issued by a Panama recognized Flags and white-listed under the IMO STCW Convention. The endorsement application must be submitted through an authorized agency, along with the required supporting documents such as passport, CDC, medical certificate, and proof of sea service.

• Normal Process (No additional charge): CRA Copy will be issued same day & The Certificate of Endorsement i.e., COE can be expected within 10 to 15 working days.
• Fast Track Process (Additional charge of USD 100): CRA Copy will be issued same day & The Certificate of Endorsement i.e., COE can be expected within 2 to 3 working days.
